SEVEN ISLAND SHORES
July carried me back to the Gulf — not for a full camp story, not for a book draft, but for something quieter. Something simple. A reminder of why I started documenting the Boondock Collective journey in the first place.
This month’s adventure was a one‑hour challenge: seven Florida islands, one coastal stretch, and a map that tells its own story. Black Island, Big Hickory, Little Hickory, Estero Island, San Carlos Island, Sanibel, and Captiva — each one holding a different memory, a different rhythm, a different reason to keep going.
I filmed the route as a quick map short, a visual breadcrumb trail for what road nomading is all about. The videos aren’t polished. They aren’t cinematic. They’re real — the way the road feels when you are chasing a story before you even know what the story is..
